Progession and Succession

No one wants to work there whole life, most entrepreneurs think of succession; who will I leave this business too? son? daughter? At this point I've been all about the progression taking what I have to the next level. We are on the verge of something incredible. New designs are on the press and our client base has spiked. Without progression there's no succession. Watch us and get on board; we moving.

inNOvation

Learning and growing is what we are embarking on, lately we've faced a few setbacks in the delay of our web presence and updates along with other vendors that service the business. Learning to take NO for an answer and learning to give NO as the answer has been one of the greatest lessons recently learned. If you aren't with me -- you're one of two places: lost or against me. Get with it we doing the thing, its just taking us longer than we had hoped. But in order to put things in order, ultimately for you; our appreciated clientele, we ask for your patience.

A.R.T.?????

A few people ask what does the acronym A.R.T. mean/stand for? I stands for Artistically Recognized Team and I just grasped that concept and I am delivering a kreative team of talented, professionals and you-nique individuals. We just bought on a new educated guy who will play a vital role in HR and marketing out of Baltimore. That adds a team of 4 in the areas of marketing, operations, design/concepts, and HR/communications not to forget our 2 staffed models . Still looking to expand the team.

Its only makes since that you sell the hell out of whatever you do. I can't pay for a staff but I'm selling the concept and smart people are buying it. A 3-fold concept - hand-painted apparel, mass-printed/embroidered apparel, and signature apparel. Hazell A.R.T. the next great thing!!!!!!
